Elections 2024 - Student Campaigns

Exciting times for all students! 4th March to 15th March will see our Students’ Union Election candidates’ campaign for them to be elected as your SU Officers. Keep an eye out for online voting which will take place from 18th March to 22nd March. Don’t forget to get involved! How to Vote? Look out for the QR codes and tablets around the College during this week.

Election results will be announced on the 25th March.

41,260 PEOPLE AND YOU!

For one week in March, thousands of schools, households, community groups and businesses will be coming together to count their plastic waste. We want you to join them. At Bradford College, we are counting our plastic for one week. Join us in separating our rubbish, counting our plastic, and recycling to help our planet!

Nearly 100 billion pieces of plastic packaging are thrown away by UK households every year, and just 12% is recycled in the UK.

It’s time the government got serious about tackling the plastic crisis. You can help by taking part in The Big Plastic Count!

As part of International Women’s Day, the WOW Festival Bus is visiting Bradford from 2 - 6 March. We have partnered with Bradford University to host the bus on Wednesday 6th March 2024. The Bronte Lecture Theatre is booked for a speed mentoring event from 10:30am. Unique one-to-one experience for students, who will have an amazing space to meet incredible women, girls, and non-binary young people emerging from different backgrounds, ages and journeys. We only have 50 spaces available so get yourself booked in!
