What is Student Voice?

The Student Voice is about listening to the views and opinions of students with the help of course reps to make positive changes to the learning experience of everyone!


BCSU’s Involvement

•• Responsible for Student Voice across the college
•• Provide a voice for students at all levels
•• Coordinate course reps and their training across the college at all levels (FE and HE)
•• Educate students on democracy
•• Provide opportunities for students to gain new skills and experience
•• Work together with Bradford College and our members (you, the students) to help improve the learning experience for everyone!

The Power of Student Voice

£3.50 lunch allowance was not sufficient.

WE DID
increase this amount to £5.00. This means you now can get a hot meal, drink and dessert!

You want more staff presence on the floors and outside
around the campuses.

WE DID
hire 4 Student Engagement Officers. Security now does regular walks on the grounds of the campuses.

increase our enrichment offerand have now included: Basketball, Dance, Female Football, Netball, Rugby, Table Tennis, Yoga, Gardening, Stress Management, Money Management, CPR, Healthy Eating, Staying Safe, Exercise, Arts and Crafts and Sexual Health
