Group support sessions

  These small group sessions will help you understand and manage your wellbeing with practical activities to support you.
  The first group support sessions are about anxiety. Anxiety can cause many different symptoms. It might affect how you feel physically, mentally and how you behave. 

The sessions are 1 hour per week for four weeks and run by Ismah. They cover:


1) Understanding anxiety
2) Signs and symptoms
3) Managing anxiety
4) Review and support
